Chad Sayer

Chad is an experienced professional with over 35 years’ experience in agricultural production systems, agronomy, product development, formulation development, intellectual property and product/portfolio strategy both locally within Australia and globally.

Chad has an in-depth knowledge of agriculture combined with a strong technical and business background having managed farms, worked in agricultural retail, been a regional agronomist, global product manager, held national and global product development and portfolio roles, and managed global R&D formulation teams and IP portfolios.

Chad is based in Melbourne and leads Elemental Enzymes product development and field research activities in the APAC and EUMEA regions.

Jamie Cox

Jamie, a Brisbane-based Regional Accounts Manager for Eastern Seaboard Australia, brings 30 years of experience in agriculture, spanning both broadacre and horticulture.

Excelling in customer relations and agribusiness management, he is passionate about problem-solving and innovation.

Jamie thrives on building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored solutions.

With a keen eye for market trends and a competitive spirit, he is dedicated to driving growth and excellence.

Dr Sharon Gossage

Sharon Gossage is a regulatory strategy and compliance expert with over 15 years of experience in the agricultural industry. She has a strong foundation in scientific research and regulatory affairs and hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Microbiology, a Master of Science in Applied Parasitology and Medical Entomology, and a PhD in Molecular Parasitology. Her academic background has equipped her with the scientific expertise to navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence.

Sharon’s career includes six years as a post-doctoral research scientist in infectious diseases in the UK, followed by a role as a Higher Scientific Officer, at the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE), where she reviewed industry submissions for plant protection products. After relocating to Australia in 2014, she worked as a regulatory consultant writing dossiers for submission to key regulatory bodies in both Australia and New Zealand including the APVMA, EPA, and ACVM.

Sharon joined Elemental Enzymes in 2022, based in Brisbane, Australia as Regional Director of Regulatory Affairs, managing Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions, ensuring regulatory compliance for market entry across diverse global markets.

Guy Perriman

Guy Perriman is a highly experienced agribusiness professional with a 35-year background in commercial agronomy and agribusiness in Australia and globally.

Guy has worked at all levels in agriculture from the farm to CEO in building business partnerships, running sales and cross-functional teams to develop strategic new business segment categories and product solutions.

Guy is based in Melbourne, Australia, and leads Elemental Enzymes’s international expansion initiatives and activities. Guy has a Diploma of Applied Science (Agriculture) from Hawkesbury Agricultural College, Richmond, NSW, Australia.
